1.6mm Isocheck Re-Mat LVT Resilient Floor Mat is an underlay mat to be fixed beneath luxury vinyl tile floor covering and similar finishes to reduce impact sound transmission through concrete and timber floors. This acoustic resilient mat is constructed from cork mixed with waste rubber from the sports shoe industry along with a polymer binder, which doesn't increase the final finished floor height.

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Ideal for impact sound transmission reduction,
  • For luxury vinyl tile floor covering on concrete and timber floors,
  • Able to meet values prescribed by the Approved Document E of the Building Regulations,
  • Can Comply with the Code for Sustainable Homes,
  • 18dB impact improvement when placed beneath a 2.5mm luxury vinyl tile (LVT) floor finish.
APPLICATION
  • To be used for heavy domestic and general commercial uses,
  • In new build, refurbishments and conversion projects,
  • Can be used over water based underfloor heating systems.

CERTIFICATION

The product is in compliance with Approved Document E of the Building Regulations.
