60mm Kingspan Thermataper TT46 Board is a high-performance tapered PIR insulation board designed for flat roofs with mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing. Thermataper TT46 is commonly used for flat roofs with mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing. It offers effective thermal insulation, efficient drainage, and high compressive strength. The tapered design ensures efficient water runoff, preventing ponding on flat roofs. Proper drainage helps maintain the roof’s structural integrity and prevents water-related damage. Thermataper TT46 is faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. 60mm board is designed for systems with a 1:30 & 1:40 fall.
