6mm Isocheck Resmat 6 - Acoustic Under Board Mat for Concrete and Timber floors - 1.37m x 10.95m

6mm Isocheck Resmat 6 is a recycled eco friendly under board mat made from rubber crumb to reduce sound transmission through timber and concrete floors. It can support chipboard, OSB, MDF or Plywood floors. It enables a timber floor to meet the sound transmission regulations of Approved Document E 2003 and subsequent amendments in 2004, 2010, 2013 and 2015.

• Lay Isocheck Resmat over the concrete or timber sub-floor,
• Roll the Resmat out, stopping just short of the flanking strip and ensuring no lapped joints,
• Most t&g or interlocking engineered timber panel floor finishes can be laid directly onto Underwood.
  
• Finished timber floors should be isolated from the skirting using.
