MGC Mould Eradication Kit for 10-12m2 of mould

MGC Mould Eradication Kit contains everything required to deal with small outbreaks of black mould. The contents of this kit is sufficient to eradicate 10-12m of mould. Contents of this kit are approved under C.O.P.R. 1986 (as amended) by the Health and Safety Executive for both amateur and professional use and have been extensively used by Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

• RLT Bactdet 05 200 mls - 1 bottle,
• RLT Halophen 200 mls - 1 bottle,
• MGC Fungicidal Additives 50 mls - 2 bottles,
• 1 pair of gloves,
• 1 pair of safety goggles,
• 1 paint brush,
• 1 cleaning sponge,
• 1 mixing bucket
• An instruction leaflet.

Instructions

• Use RLT Bactdet 05 remove mould and to sterilise the surface. Wash down mould infected surfaces with RLT Bactdet 05 diluted with 4 parts of warm water using a brush, sponge or cloth. Extend treatment one metre in all directions beyond all visible signs of infection. When the solution becomes dirty make up a fresh one. Allow to dry.
• Use RLT Halophen bonding solution that would penetrate the substrate, kill mould roots and form a fungicidal barrier. Apply by brush one coat of RLT Halophen diluted with 4 parts of clean water, also in the extended area.  Brush RLT Halophen thoroughly for maximum penetration. Allow to dry. In areas of heavy infection apply a second coat and allow to dry. 
• Use MGC Fungicidal Additive to decorate the surface such as emulsion, paste, gloss paint, grouts, textured ceiling coating etc.
