MGC RLT Pack for 45-50m2 of medium or severe mould

The MGC RLT Pack is used for treating medium to severe mould contamination. The pack contains sufficient material to eradicate 45-50m of mould. RLT Bactdet 05 is used to kill and clean the mould off the surface of the walls and ceilings, RLT Halophen to penetrate into the substrate to kill the roots and form a fungicidal barrier. The area can then be decorated with either MGC Fungicidal Additives incorporated into the new emulsion or wallpaper paste or Biocheck Fungicidal Emulsion.

Instructions

• Use RLT Bactdet 05 remove mould and to sterilise the surface. Wash down mould infected surfaces with RLT Bactdet 05 diluted with 4 parts of warm water using a brush, sponge or cloth. Extend treatment one metre in all directions beyond all visible signs of infection. When the solution becomes dirty make up a fresh one. Allow to dry.
• Use RLT Halophen bonding solution that would penetrate the substrate, kill mould roots and form a fungicidal barrier. Apply by brush one coat of RLT Halophen diluted with 4 parts of clean water, also in the extended area.  Brush RLT Halophen thoroughly for maximum penetration. Allow to dry. In areas of heavy infection apply a second coat and allow to dry. 
• Use MGC Fungicidal Additive to decorate the surface such as emulsion, paste, gloss paint, grouts, textured ceiling coating etc.
