20mm Monodeck 20T is overlay platform system of an 8mm Acoustic Chip Foam bonded to 12mm p5 moisture resistant chipboard, designed for reducing sound transmission of timber floors and improving acoustic performance of timber floors. it enables a timber floor to meet the sound transmission regulations of Approved Document E 2003 and subsequent amendments in 2004, 2010, 2013 & 2015. Monodeck 20T overlay can be used in new build, refurbishment and conversion applications.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Great acoustic properties;
- Able to reduce impact sound transmission in finished wooden floors;
- Able to meet values prescribed by the Approved Document E of the Building Regulations,
- Includes a moisture-resistant chipboard.
APPLICATION
