Ceresit CT60 is a ready-to-use, polymer-modified acrylic thin layer render for exterior wall applications. It features a BioProtect formula that provides enhanced resistance to the growth of mould, algae and fungus, ensuring a long-lasting, attractive finish. The acrylic-based formulation provides excellent weather resistance, flexibility, and durability. CT60 is vapour permeable, allowing the substrate to breathe, and is resistant to cracking, peeling, and fading. Ceresit CT60 is part of the Colours of Nature range, offering a wide selection of colours to suit different project requirements. It can be used as a decorative and protective finish coat over a variety of substrates, including Ceresit Ceretherm ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems). The render can be applied in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3mm and meets the relevant British and European standards for external wall renders. Ceresit CT60 is easy to apply using traditional rendering techniques and provides a smooth, uniform finish.

APPLICATION

• External walls
• Internal walls

• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from any loose material, dust, or contaminants.
• Repair any cracks, holes or uneven areas in the surface prior to application.
• Prime absorbent substrates with a suitable primer to improve adhesion.

• Ceresit CT60 is a ready-to-use product, so no mixing is required.
• Stir the render thoroughly before application to ensure an even consistency.

• Apply the render to the prepared substrate using a stainless steel trowel or render float.
• Spread the render evenly across the surface, working it into the substrate.
• For a smooth finish, use a plastic float to lightly smooth the surface.
• Apply the render in thicknesses between 1.5-3mm.
• Allow each coat to dry fully before applying additional coats if required.

• Ceresit CT60 will typically dry within 12-24 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
• Protect the freshly applied render from rain, direct sunlight and high winds during the drying process.
